The Dex Secure Sleeper Ultra 3-In-1 Sleep Positioner is designed to cradle a baby on its back as recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Surgeon General. The head support is made of Visco-Elastic material specifically designed to prevent Flat Head Syndrome. Unlike other foam head supports, the visco-elastic head support material in the Dex Secure Sleeper does not bounce back and create pressure points that can lead to Plagiocephaly commonly known as Flat Head Syndrome. The head support removes for easy washing and the soft pad and side supports are machine washable. The Side supports of the Dex Secure Sleeper adjust to hold baby safely in place.
